Thank you for purchasing Done-for-You Psychology Today Profiles. Here’s what you need to know.

Please read these terms carefully as they are a binding legal contract, and we suggest downloading a copy for your records. 

You are purchasing Done-for-You Psychology Today Profiles where you have rights to copy, edit, and use our fully written Psychology Today Profiles. 

If you purchase the Solo Practitioner license you receive a single license. This license permits only one person (the purchaser) rights to use our done-for you profiles.

If you purchase the Group Practice license you receive a multiple use license. This license permits you, your students, your employees, your independent contractors, and other group practice partners to use our done-for-you profiles — as long as each person is using the profiles under your group practice umbrella.

For a Solo Practice license you are paying $29.97 for 20 Done-For-You Psychology Today Profiles across 20 niches.

For a Group Practice license you are paying $69.97 for 20 Done-For-You Psychology Today Profiles across 20 niches. 

Please note that Canadian residents are subject to federal and/or provincial tax. 

You are purchasing this in your business capacity and guaranteeing the purchase as an individual.

You acknowledge that we do not guarantee lifetime access to download the file on our Kajabi platform, but instead access for as long as this product exists. That said, the product is downloadable (after purchase) and is in PDF format. Once downloaded, you may maintain a copy even if we end the product in the future.

What happens after you pay:

Our secure payment processor is Kajabi Payments. You’ll receive a receipt for your records shortly after purchase and your credit card statement will say: Evaspare Inc.

Please allow up to 1 hour after purchase to receive login details from Kajabi.

Refunds:

There will be no refunds after a purchase has been made.

Payment Schedule:

When you pay in full, you will be charged one time fee of either $29.97 (for Solo Practitioner license) or $69.97 (for Group Practice license) on the date of your purchase.

By completing this purchase, you acknowledge, agree, and authorize us to charge your card.

License to content: You are receiving one license for personal use (for the Solo Practitioner license) or multiple-use with your group practice (for the Group practice license). You are in violation of Canadian copyright laws and contract law if you use the material for any other purpose, including making derivative materials, selling it, sharing it with others who are not within the licensing terms, training others how to use our templates, displaying it publicly or on the internet, and/or sharing your login credentials on our Kajabi platform. Licenses for these items are available for purchase, starting at $10,000. If you choose to take these actions, you will be notified and billed accordingly.

Acknowledgment: By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you have read these Terms of Purchase, our Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, and Disclaimer (available at https://kayladas.mykajabi.com/ or www.kayladas.com), as they may be amended from time to time.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Warranty: You are in the best position to understand your unique circumstances, and you understand and agree that a general done-for-you profiles such as this cannot be completely tailored to every single person, practice, or specialized niche. To the same, you acknowledge that as this product is created and sold as an already curated document, we do not provide any personalized advice, direction, or guidance, outside of the instructions in the document, with how to edit or optimize Psychology Today profiles. Personalized coaching may, however, be available for an additional cost.

Waiver of liability and Governing Law: This contract is governed by the law of the Province of Alberta, Canada, without regard to its conflicts of laws principles. You agree without reservation to personal jurisdiction in the Alberta, Canada courts in the event of dispute concerning this agreement or your use of this program.
